This is a 3D model of a specialty tool for centering your 20in BMX wheel and tightening your chain at the same time.
Yes, this has been inspired by the Wooder Designs Tire Wedgie but it is not based by it as you can see. I don't even have one or seen one in real life. The Tire Wedgie from wooder designs can do a lot more that this design, this tool has been designed for modern frames and modern tires, 2.3 and up only.
This tool will not work for skinny tires on old frames (80s and 90s).
This tool will not work for 12",14",16",18",22",24",26" bikes, only 20in.
But if you have a 20in BMX bike with 2.4 tires, a chain that is always too tight or too loose, an FDM 3D Printer that prints PLA, then maybe this design is for you! Also, you will notice that there are some grooves at the fatter part of the bigger piece, you can use those and the grooves from the tires to center the tire perfectly!

3D printing settings​

I print these in PLA, 0,28 layer height, 0,4mm nozzle and line width and takes about 12 hours for the big piece and 5 hours for the small piece.
